Refund & Cancellation Policy
At Tattvam Sadhana Kendra, we understand that plans can change. This policy outlines the terms under which cancellations and refunds are handled for programs, retreats, and workshops booked through our website or directly with us.
General Policy
By registering for any of our events, retreats, or classes, you acknowledge and agree to abide by this Refund and Cancellation Policy.
Cancellations by Participants
a) Retreats and Multi-Day Programs
30 days or more before start date: 90% refund (10% processing fee will be retained)
15–29 days before start date: 50% refund
14 days or less before start date: No refund
b) Workshops & Short-Term Events (1–3 days)
7 days or more before the event: 80% refund
Less than 7 days: No refund
c) Regular Classes / Monthly Subscriptions
Non-refundable once the session or month has begun
Cancellation for the next billing cycle must be done before the current cycle ends
Cancellations by Tattvam Sadhana Kendra
In the unlikely event that we cancel a program due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, instructor unavailability, minimum participant requirements not met), you will be offered:
A full refund, or
The option to transfer your registration to a future date or another program of your choice
No-Show Policy
If you fail to attend a booked program without prior cancellation notice, no refund will be issued.
How to Request a Cancellation or Refund

Reason for Cancellation (optional)
We will process your request within 5–7 working days. Refunds will be credited to your original mode of payment.
Late Arrivals or Early Departures
No partial refunds will be issued for late arrivals, early checkouts, or missed days of any program or retreat.
Force Majeure
We are not liable for refunds or damages due to events outside our control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, political unrest, public health emergencies, or acts of government.
